Laundry Market Intelligence — LMI LAUNDRY MARKET INTELLIGENCE INC.
LMI business website · Technology management: Rise On Media Group Inc.
Last updated: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Service describe use of the Laundry Market Intelligence website. LMI LAUNDRY MARKET INTELLIGENCE INC. (“LMI,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is an existing, fully incorporated Illinois corporation and the independent business responsible for its laundromat education and market-intelligence operations, subject to its actual customer and commercial agreements. Laundry Market Intelligence is the name used for those educational and market-intelligence operations. Rise On Media Group Inc. (“ROM”) is a separate company providing or administering website development, digital-media services, automation, GHL/CRM infrastructure and technical management for LMI. This technology-management relationship does not establish ROM ownership of LMI, a legal parent relationship or ROM as the seller of LMI educational products. LMI and ROM retain separate corporate identities. These Terms do not assert an executed intercompany agreement, completed intellectual-property assignment or contractual allocation of data-controller or data-processor responsibilities between LMI and ROM.

The education business and website are being prepared for launch. LMI’s merchant-account ownership, merchant-of-record identity and live payment-processing readiness have not been verified for these documents. Incorporation does not establish those arrangements. References below to purchases, memberships, billing, installment plans and paid access apply only if an offering is made available under identified, accepted terms; they do not represent live LMI payment processing. Any future seller or contracting provider, payment provider and offering-specific terms will be identified before a purchase or engagement is entered into. These website-use Terms do not themselves establish a paid purchase agreement. They do not create an offer of financing, a brokerage engagement or a guarantee of access to an acquisition opportunity.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Laundry Market Intelligence website for LMI’s education and market-intelligence business, with technology management provided or administered by the separate company Rise On Media Group Inc., you agree to these website-use Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Any future purchase-specific obligations require an identified seller and the applicable accepted order and terms; browsing alone does not authorize a charge or enroll you in a paid product.

Services are intended for adults with legal capacity to enter agreements. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use and for providing accurate information.

2. Education and market intelligence

2. Education and market intelligence

Laundry Market Intelligence is preparing laundromat-specific education, acquisition preparation and market-intelligence offerings supporting informed evaluation of ownership and operations. Materials may include educational presentations, resources, industry perspectives and structured learning experiences. If a paid service is launched, its scope and seller will be described in the applicable offering.

Education and intelligence support your judgment; they do not replace independent investigation, professional advice or your own decisions. Examples and illustrations are educational, not representations of results you will achieve.

3. Education products, memberships and access

3. Education products, memberships and access

LMI Essentials and LMI Mastery are separate education products; this distinction does not indicate that both are currently available for purchase. If purchases are made available, purchase of one does not automatically include another product, membership, resource or service unless the applicable offering expressly includes it. Product descriptions and accepted purchase terms determine what is included.

If an offering is launched, access may require an authenticated customer account and the entitlement associated with your purchase or membership. Access duration, renewal, included materials and any continuing eligibility requirements are governed by the applicable offering. These Terms do not promise lifetime access, transferable access or access to future products. They do not establish new membership entitlements or combine separately purchased products.

4. Purchases, paid-in-full payments and installment plans

4. Purchases, paid-in-full payments and installment plans

LMI’s merchant-account ownership, merchant-of-record identity and live payment-processing readiness have not been verified for these documents. Incorporation does not establish those arrangements. If paid offerings are launched, the seller, payment provider and approved purchase terms will be identified before payment is authorized. Review the product, total price, currency, applicable taxes, payment timing and purchase terms before authorizing payment. Paid-in-full purchases and installment options are available only where expressly offered. An installment arrangement is not necessarily a subscription, and a membership is not necessarily an installment purchase.

Any installment schedule, recurring billing authorization, renewal terms or payment-plan conditions must be stated in the applicable order or separately accepted agreement. These general Terms do not establish interest, late fees, acceleration, collection remedies or access consequences for a missed payment. Contact info@lmilaundry.com about a billing error or payment question.

5. Cancellations and refunds

5. Cancellations and refunds

If paid offerings are launched, cancellation, renewal cancellation, refunds and any withdrawal rights will be governed by the terms disclosed for the specific offering and applicable law. These Terms do not establish a blanket no-refund policy, a refund window, a satisfaction guarantee or a cancellation fee.

Cancelling recurring renewal, requesting a refund and ending an installment obligation are different actions; the applicable agreement determines their effect. For any future authorized purchase, direct cancellation or refund requests to the seller identified in its purchase terms. Contact info@lmilaundry.com for website inquiries. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right or authorizes a charge not otherwise agreed.

6. Content ownership and permitted use

6. Content ownership and permitted use

LMI educational content, text, graphics, books, course materials, journals, worksheets, tools and other original materials are subject to the rights of their applicable owners and licensors. These Terms do not themselves establish an intellectual-property assignment to LMI or ROM, or ownership by either company of materials belonging to another rights holder. If a product is offered for purchase, its authorized seller or licensor and applicable terms determine the access and use rights; purchase does not itself transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized, use materials only for your own learning and internal application within the scope of your purchased rights. Do not distribute, resell, publish, sublicense, share account access or make protected materials available to unauthorized people. Do not upload protected content to public repositories or third-party systems in a way that discloses it or enables unauthorized reuse. Permissions beyond your product rights require authorization from the rights holder. Statutory rights and legally permitted uses remain unaffected.

7. Buyer, seller, operator and professional participation

7. Buyer, seller, operator and professional participation

LMI may receive inquiries from prospective buyers, sellers, existing operators, lenders, capital sources, distributors, manufacturers, technicians, contractors, professional advisers, partners and referral sources. Submission of information does not guarantee acceptance, a listing, a referral, financing, a transaction or a professional engagement.

Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit another party’s confidential documents or personal information without appropriate permission. You remain responsible for the accuracy of submissions and any required disclosures. Professional participants remain responsible for their own qualifications, licensing, insurance, representations and service agreements. No compensation, exclusivity, partnership or referral-fee arrangement is created merely by submitting an inquiry or appearing in a network.

8. Education, referrals and professional relationships

8. Education, referrals and professional relationships

Use of this website, purchase of education, submission of an inquiry or receipt of a referral does not itself establish brokerage representation, agency, a fiduciary relationship, lending approval or a licensed professional engagement. Any such relationship requires a separate appropriate agreement with the responsible qualified provider and compliance with applicable law.

LMI educational and advisory preparation is not legal, tax, accounting, lending, appraisal, engineering, technical, insurance or regulatory advice. Consult appropriately qualified independent professionals for those matters. A referral or introduction does not make LMI responsible for that professional’s advice or performance, and does not by itself establish that provider’s engagement with you. Any separately agreed responsibilities remain governed by that agreement and applicable law.

9. Opportunities, confidentiality and no guarantees

9. Opportunities, confidentiality and no guarantees

Opportunity awareness is distinct from access to protected deal information. Availability may change, information may be preliminary and qualification or readiness review may be required before confidential information is released. Public information does not confer a right to seller documents, protected addresses, financial records or confidential buyer or seller identities.

Do not publish or redistribute confidential opportunity information, bypass access restrictions or use information beyond its authorized purpose. Any separate confidentiality agreement remains applicable. LMI does not guarantee financing, a particular acquisition opportunity, acceptance of an offer, a completed acquisition, investment returns, profitability or business success. Outcomes depend on facts, decisions, market conditions and other factors beyond an educational service’s control.

10. Accuracy, due diligence and customer decisions

10. Accuracy, due diligence and customer decisions

Market information, educational examples and third-party statements may change, contain errors or become outdated. Consider their source, date, assumptions and limitations. No illustration or preliminary estimate substitutes for verified business records or a professional evaluation.

Independently investigate material representations, financial information, equipment, premises, leases, permits, utilities, operations and transaction terms as relevant to your situation. Use qualified professionals where appropriate. You are responsible for your investment, financing, acquisition and operating decisions. Notify info@lmilaundry.com if you identify a material error in LMI’s public materials.

11. Account security and prohibited conduct

11. Account security and prohibited conduct

Keep account credentials private, use only access assigned or authorized to you and notify LMI of suspected unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, share credentials to evade product limits or attempt to obtain access without the required entitlement.

Do not interfere with the website or services, introduce malicious software, exploit vulnerabilities, circumvent authentication, scrape protected content or use the services unlawfully. If account services are made available, access is subject to applicable terms and legitimate security controls. Measures needed to contain unauthorized access or a security incident do not establish a new payment-default policy or automatically cancel rights in separately purchased products.

12. Third-party platforms and payment processors

12. Third-party platforms and payment processors

Website hosting, forms and communications may use third-party platforms. If checkout, customer-account or learning services are launched, their providers and applicable terms will be identified at the relevant interface. Applicable third-party terms and privacy notices may also govern your use of their services. Review those notices at the relevant interface.

LMI does not control unrelated external websites merely because it links to them. Third-party availability and functionality may affect the customer experience. These Terms do not excuse responsibilities LMI or ROM owes under applicable law in its respective role or those an identified seller owes under any future valid purchase agreement. Do not send full payment-card information or account passwords through ordinary inquiry messages.

13. Privacy, SMS and email communications

13. Privacy, SMS and email communications

Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information. Service-related communications may concern inquiries, purchases, billing, accounts or requested services. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and your preferences.

Informational SMS consent and promotional SMS consent are separate. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize promotional messages. Marketing SMS consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchasing. Where you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable SMS program and HELP for assistance, or contact info@lmilaundry.com. Use the unsubscribe mechanism in promotional email to withdraw from marketing emails.

SMS opt-in information and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Operational messaging providers may process limited information to deliver communications, manage consent and opt-outs, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Opting out of marketing does not by itself cancel an account or purchase.

14. Disclaimers and liability

14. Disclaimers and liability

Educational materials provide general information, not a promise that all information is complete, current or suitable for a particular transaction. Evaluate the materials in context and obtain professional assistance where appropriate. Website availability may be interrupted, and no internet transmission or account system can be guaranteed completely secure.

These Terms do not establish a monetary liability cap, an exclusion of particular categories of damages, an indemnity obligation or a waiver of mandatory rights. Responsibility for a claim is determined by applicable law and any valid, separately agreed terms. Nothing here excludes liability or a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Disputes and governing law

15. Disputes and governing law

For a service, billing or access concern, contact info@lmilaundry.com with sufficient information to identify the issue. Contacting LMI does not waive your legal rights or replace any applicable deadline.

These Terms do not require binding arbitration, waive class-action rights, choose an exclusive court or select a governing-law jurisdiction. Applicable law and any valid separately agreed dispute provisions determine those matters. No dispute-resolution procedure described here restricts a mandatory right to seek relief from a court or regulator.

16. Termination and changes

16. Termination and changes

You may stop browsing the website at any time. If paid offerings are launched, ending a paid service, membership or installment arrangement will be subject to the applicable purchase terms and mandatory legal rights. Restrictions on misuse and unauthorized disclosure continue to apply to protected information you hold. These Terms do not create a new forfeiture rule, payment-default remedy or automatic revocation of independently purchased products.

LMI may update these website-use Terms, with website implementation administered by ROM in its technology-management role, and identify the revised date on this page. For any future paid arrangement, material changes require any notice or consent required by the applicable agreement and law; a website update alone does not retroactively change an accepted payment or refund obligation.
